Delete your account

You can delete your BLCKSHT account and everything attached to it at any time. Here are both ways to do it.

1. In the app — fastest

Open BLCKSHT and go to Profile → Delete account. You’ll be asked to confirm. Deletion runs immediately and cannot be undone.

2. By request — if you no longer have the app

If you’ve already uninstalled BLCKSHT, or you can’t sign in, email us and we’ll do it for you.

Email info@blcksht.com from the address on your account, with the subject Delete my account. Emailing from the address you signed up with is how we confirm the request is really yours — we can’t action a request we can’t verify.

We will complete the deletion within 30 days of a verified request, and confirm when it’s done.

What gets deleted

Everything below is permanently removed:

Your profile — name, username, profile photo, and your selected vibes
Saved and favorited events
Itineraries and everything in them
Any itinerary share links you created
Curator features and redemptions, if you were a curator
Images you uploaded — profile photos and event flyers
Your usage data — which spots, events and campaigns you opened, if you turned that on
Venue visits you reported, with the rating, vibes and any note you left
Your login credentials and the account itself

What we keep, and why

One thing does not get deleted, and we think you should know why.

If you reported an event or a curator while using BLCKSHT, that report stays — but your identity is removed from it. A report is a record about someone else’s content, and deleting your account shouldn’t quietly withdraw a safety concern you raised about somebody else. What remains is the report itself, with no link back to you.

Nothing else survives. Events you created as a curator are published content on the platform rather than personal data, and are handled under our Terms of Service.
