If you’re reporting a bug, tell us what phone you’re on, which city you had selected, and what you tapped right before it went wrong. A screenshot helps a lot.

Signing in

BLCKSHT uses Sign in with Apple (on iPhone) or Continue with Google. There’s no separate BLCKSHT password to remember or reset — if you can’t get in, check that you’re using the same Apple or Google account you signed up with.

Which cities is BLCKSHT in?

Right now BLCKSHT covers 9 cities:

Switch cities any time from the city button at the top of the Home screen. Events and spots vary by city, and we’re adding more as we go.

Changing your vibes

Your Core Vibes shape what BLCKSHT suggests. Change them any time in Profile → Change Core Vibe.

Tickets and bookings

BLCKSHT doesn’t sell tickets or take payments. When you tap to buy tickets or book an experience, you finish on the seller’s own site — Ticketmaster, Viator, or the event’s organizer. For refunds, order changes, or problems with a purchase, contact that seller directly; they hold your order, not us.

Reporting or blocking content

If an event a curator posted, or a curator’s page, doesn’t sit right with you, use Report on it. Our team reviews every report and removes anything that breaks our rules. You can also Block a curator so their events stop showing up for you. Listings from ticketing partners like Ticketmaster aren’t posted by curators; for a problem with one of those, email us.

Notifications and your data

Turn notifications on or off in Profile → Notifications. Whether we can count what you open in the app is your call too: Profile → Share usage data. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Deleting your account

In the app, go to Profile → I want to delete my account. If you no longer have the app, see Delete your account for how to request it by email.
