Welcome to Blcksht, operated by Blcksht LLC (“Blcksht,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Blcksht is a cultural discovery platform designed to help users find culturally relevant experiences, events, and spaces aligned with their vibe, interests, and preferences.

By accessing or using Blcksht, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

To use Blcksht, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate information
• Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws

We reserve the right to suspend or remove users who violate these terms.

Blcksht is a discovery platform that helps users:

• Discover culturally relevant events and experiences
• Find spaces aligned with their vibe
• Create personalized itineraries
• Connect with community experiences

Blcksht does not:

• Host events
• Own venues
• Guarantee experiences
• Control third-party businesses

Users participate in events and experiences at their own discretion and risk.

Users may:

• Create accounts
• Save itineraries
• Select preferences and vibes
• Browse and discover events

You agree to:

• Maintain account security
• Provide accurate information
• Not impersonate others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Users may not:

• Post harmful or discriminatory content
• Promote illegal activity
• Harass or abuse others
• Upload false or misleading information
• Spam or misuse the platform

Blcksht reserves the right to remove content or users at our discretion.

We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior on Blcksht. Content that breaks the rules in User Conduct above is removed, and the accounts responsible may lose access permanently.

Reporting content

Any user can report an event or a curator’s profile from that event’s page or the curator’s page in the app. You can also email us at info@blcksht.com. Every report is reviewed by a person.

How we act on reports

We review reports of objectionable content promptly and remove content that violates these Terms. We prioritize reports that involve someone’s safety. We may also suspend or permanently remove the account responsible.

Blocking a user

Any user can block a curator from the curator’s page. Blocking hides that curator’s events from your feeds. Blcksht has no direct messages, comments, or follows, so blocking removes the only way another user’s content can reach you.

A report is not a verdict

We review what was reported against these Terms and our Community Content & Event Submission Policy. Blcksht welcomes culturally specific, LGBTQ+, women-centered, and affinity-based events, and we will not remove content solely because it references a specific community or identity. A report that amounts to disliking who an event is for will not get it taken down.

Blcksht may feature:

• Events
• Venues
• Businesses
• Experiences

These are operated by third parties.

Blcksht is not responsible for:

• Event cancellations
• Business operations
• Safety of venues
• Quality of experiences

Users attend events at their own risk.

All content on Blcksht including:

• Branding
• Design
• Features
• Content
• Logos

Are owned by Blcksht LLC.

Blcksht™ is a trademark of Blcksht LLC.

Users may not:

• Copy platform content
• Reproduce features
• Use branding without permission

Blcksht may offer:

• Free tier
• Plus subscription
• Premium subscription

Subscription Terms:

• Subscriptions may auto-renew
• Pricing subject to change
• Users may cancel at any time

Refunds will follow platform policies.

Blcksht is not liable for:

• Injuries
• Damages
• Losses
• Experiences at third-party venues

Blcksht is a discovery platform only.

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

Blcksht may suspend or terminate access for:

• Violations of terms
• Harmful behavior
• Misuse of platform

Users may stop using the platform at any time.

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of Blcksht constitutes acceptance of any updates.
